"I made at least seven calls throughout Fayetteville in an attempt to have someone give me a quote for repairs on my steps. I couldn’t even get a response to my vmails.

Randy answered my call after 5:30 pm, placed me on his calendar between his other jobs, installed new step risers on front and back deck; all completed before I even had a return call for the work from anyone else. The the work and required materials were fully explained; he even pointed out flaws on the previous work on my deck. All of this was done with detailed pics and phone calls, since I am not local to Fay.

I already have additional projects scheduled for Randy. I do not do reviews, simply because time is $ and my time is valuable. On this job, my first and ONLY 5 star rating…ever!."
